The CBD’s historic Waterside Lodge could bear a main revamp and be prolonged by four flooring with plant-coated balconies below a $27.2 million system.

The City of Melbourne regarded a proposal at its Foreseeable future Melbourne Committee conference on February 21, shortly right after CBD News revealed, that seeks to partly demolish and refurbish the historic creating that occupies the popular corner of King and Flinders streets.
