While the name might sound like a boring, scientific preview of something even more boring, I’m gonna do my best and show you what it is and making you understand that with simple language.
The easier it is to remember how something works, the easier makes it to stay accessible in human memory, believe me, or not, there are few things that you should understand about CBDA so you can understand CBD and products using it for better benefits.
CBD is more biologically active than CBDA – the reason why it’s more popular in health and supplement type of products available on the market today. It’s like this currently, simply because people believe that – current science state of affairs with research done about CBDA especially is thinner than the paper that you can use to blaze hemp with (I hope you smiled reading this, dear reader).
When looking at the amount of research done to this day, about CBDA, comparing it to CBD and THC research that is available, in my opinion, makes it even more appealing (and that’s something I’m looking forward to) for researchers all across the world to do research on.
It would benefit us all and the fact that more and more countries, started seeing hemp products as something good and allowed them to be sold is making it even more attractive research topic.
The science behind the CBDA: How CBD is made? How it is connected to CBDA?
The first thing you need to know about the CBDA is the fact that it’s like a “parent molecule” of CBD.
In order to get the CBD from hemp, the parent molecule (CBDA) is going through a process called decarboxylation – which is a scientific name for exposing the CBDA to a temperature high enough it breaks the molecule group up to form of carbon dioxide and hydrogen.
CBD is what’s left after the decarboxylation is done.
While these reactions happen naturally, to some extent of course, it takes a lot of time and overall the process is slower than a turtle going backwards.
Because we are already aware of this fact, it’s the main reason behind smoking, heating or baking the cannabis in order to speed up this natural process of breaking the molecules inside the plant, into the ones we want to get from it (like THC, CBD or one of the 100+ cannabinoids that are already inside the mighty cannabis plants).
CBDA Benefits – How it can, possibly, benefit you?

CBDA FOR CANCER
Although there is still not enough research done to state that CBDA can help with cancer, yet, there was a study (by Takeda, you can check it here) already concluded that showed there might be a lot of potential behind CBDA in terms of fighting with cancer.
There is potential to suppress the bad cells for patients with breast cancer as well as in hold-on them from spreading to other parts of the patient body (metastasis). It was observed by the scientists after using CBDA and exposing the cancer cells to it for about 48 hours.
CBDA potential for cancer-related health issues might be another big step when dealing with breast cancer and winning with it, simply because of the fact that it might eliminate the metastasis – which is estimated to be the reason behind 90% of deaths from breast cancer. More research is needed, right now this is more of an assumption than confirmed fact.

CBDA FOR INFLAMMATORY CONDITIONS
CBDA has anti-inflammatory properties, which need more research too, but hypothesizing it could offer some pain relief for joint pains and arthritis.

Some scientists suggest that CBDA can be more effective than CBD in reducing nausea and vomiting.

There is just a tiny bit of evidence, as of now, so it’s an assumption that CBDA might be useful for people dealing with stress and anxiety.
