The world’s favorite nanny and charming chimney sweep from the classically renowned Mary Poppins, are traveling into Melbourne with a burst of color, unforgettable songs, and magic. 

Staying done from January 29, the production is coming to Her Majesty’s Theatre just after supercalifragilisticexpialidocious runs in Sydney and Brisbane, and will be being on until finally April 30. 

Foremost the all-Australian forged in its return to the magical Cherry Tree Lane, is Stefanie Jones as Mary Poppins and Jack Chambers as Bert the chimney sweep.

“I, of course, had some memory in the back of my mind from what I experienced found as a kid, but I didn’t want it to be fresh new in my mind and I required to read what was down on paper and uncover it for myself,” he claimed. 

“I knew Bert was charming, cheeky, likeable and personable, so I just tried out to bring that and deliver aspects of myself to that as effectively simply because then it will occur throughout as authentic.”

Developing up with music and dance all-around him and the means to abide by his older sister’s dancing routines whilst even now in a nappy, it is no ponder that Mr Chambers fell into the musical theatre entire world.
